I am an Assistant Professor in the Supply Chain Management Department at Rutgers Business School. I study behavioral decision-making in service settings using empirical methods.  I teach Service Management, Project Management, and Supply Chain Sustainability to undergraduate students at RBS and Data Analytics to EMBA students. I graduated with a PhD in Service Operations Management from the Cornell S.C Johnson College of Business at Cornell University.
